Christmas

Christmas was fun this year. I had so much stress leading up to the 2 big days that I thought I was going to loose it a couple times and I think at one time I did. I did a bunch of baking. I went thought 4 dozen eggs in 4 days. Ashley was a big help this year. She is learning to cook and likes it a lot. Of course Ashley made out big time in the gift department. She got everything she wanted and ton of stuff she didn't even know she would want or need. She is in love with it all and is already over at her friends comparing stuff. Bill got me the camera that I have wanted for a long time but never thought that I would get. He got me the Cannon Rebel XTi Digital 10 mega pixel camera. I love it!! It takes the most amazing pictures. I also got a coach purse from my mother-in-law.
Bill and I both got money for Christmas and here is it 2 day after Christmas and we are both broke. He bought himself a PS3 and I bought myself a Cricut. I had to order mine and he is playing his now. It is so not fair.
I have a new project that is inching for completion. I have decided to redo my bedroom closet and turn half of it into a craft room. My scrapbooking is taking over the kitchen and my family has been complaining about never being able to use the kitchen table. I have already drawn out the plans and now that all the Christmas boxes back in attic I am so ready to get started.
The house is still a disaster after the Christmas rush but it is slowly getting better. Today all the Christmas decoration made it to the attic and tomorrow I am going to work on finding my kitchen under all the stuff I have pilled in it, on in and around it. Getting new stuff is great, finding room for it is sometimes not. I hope everyone had a great Christmas too.
I will get some picture uploaded from my new camera as soon as I find the my computer desk.

Logan

I knew it was going to happen one day and it happened a little earlier than I thought it would but Logan got his first trip to the ER today. We were at costco having a bite to eat and he stood up on the bench and fell between the seat and the table. I knew as soon as I saw his head that he was going to need stitches. So off to the ER we went. Bill grabbed Logan and a bunch of napkins and headed for the car. I grabbed the cart of stuff we had already paid for and headed for the door. The stupid guy at the door wouldn't let me out because I didn't have the receipt. Bill had it in his pocked and he was half way to the car. I told the guy I was with the guy with the screaming kid that was bleeding. I finally just told him I was leaving. He looked shocked that I would defy his receipt rule. He had a good cut above his right eyebrow. He got to get 6 stitches and now we are home and he is fine. He is back to normal. I will take more picture later when he lets me take the band-aid off.

CANDY

So the boy has figured out the candy thing. We haven't given him candy very much. We have a table in the living room that we like to decorate with holiday decorations. We had a couple of the Halloween dishes with Hersey Kisses in it and Logan found them. He had a lot of fun eating the dark chocolate and the foil wrappers. And I got to have fun cleaning all the chocolate off the floor, stairs, and Logan.

Halloween

Last night we had fun going trick-or-treating. Ashley was a deal or no deal girl and Logan was a monkey. Ashley's best friend Margret had matching out fits. They all had a good time trick-or-treating. Logan was very confused. He would take the candy from one house and then at the next house he would take another candy and put the candy from the last house back in the bowl. He would cry every time I tried to put his candy in the bowl so after awhile we just let him ride around in the wagon and let the other kids go door to door.

1st Hair Cut

I finally broke down and took Logan to get a hair cut. I was putting it off because I felt it was the last baby thing that I had to hold onto. It was so fuzzy all the time. Bill has been bugging me to cut it for awhile. The lady cutting his hair tried to using clippers on him and he burst into tears. I think he looks so cute

How cute

How Cute
I know it looks like he got beat-up but it is just a lot of dirt.

My Boys

On the left is Logan who is 15 months and on the right is Hunter who is 4 months. There is only 1 pound difference and as you can see not much length either. Logan tries so hard to get Hunter to play with him. It won't be long until they will be running around together.

Mount Baker

Bill, Logan, Ashley, my dad, and I camped up on the edge of Mount Baker. We went on a great 7 1/2 mile hike up onto the edge of the glaceres of the mountain. It was a hard hike for Bill who had Logan on his back all day. Ashley did the whole hike in flip-flops because she forgot her shoes. Bella has the most fun running all day long and at the end of the day could hardly walk.

Logan's first birthday

Logan had a fun backyard 1st birthday. We had a bunch of family over and the kids played in the pool. Logan had lots of fun eating his cake. He was so careful at first but then finally dug in. He was really tired when it came to opening presents and wasn't really interested in them.

Weekend Away

Bill and I had a great weekend. We spent our first weekend away from Logan. We headed out Friday night to the winery. We got there just before sunset. We got a snack and a glass of wine, and then watched the sun set from the deck. It was so warm out and the view was amazing. We spend all day Saturday poring wine for all the people who showed up for Catch the Crush. Then had an amazing meal to end the night. On Sunday we drove around to some of the other local wineries to try out other wines and do a little shopping. We had a lot of fun. Sorry there are no pictures. I forgot to bring my camera.
